How can there be such a difference?
Yes, as the title says, how can there be such a difference between different powder puffs? This one is COMPLETELY amazing and now I don’t want to use any other. It’s so perfectly shaped and applies the powder so nicely, easy to reach the corners of the eyes and around the nose without lifting any other product. Love it! #lykoreview
