Mild and Gentle
I have a flaky scalp, especially during the seasonal changes. It gets itchy and I flake. Not real dandruff, but more dry and irritated. It's the same now in summer with sun and swimming. I've bought this shampoo several times and it is mild and gentle on both hair and scalp. I don't experience any miracles with the shampoo, but it keeps my scalp in check. The consistency is very runny, so you have to be quick to spread it in your hair, otherwise it runs between your fingers quickly. Limit use to 2-3 times/week and use a milder shampoo in between. Try Neccin No.3, which is more moisturizing but still treatment-oriented. Combine with a hair mask 1-2 times/week to restore moisture balance.
