HOW TO USE:
Smooth Proof It! Waterproof Eyeshadow Primer over eyes. Apply base color all over lids with our Tapered All Over Shadow Brush. Then, use the Buffing Brush to blend the mid-tones into the crease of lids, and the deep tones into the outer corner and lower lash line of eye.
