Otrivin 1 mg/ml shouldn’t be used for more than 10 consecutive days and is recommended for ages 12 and up.
For adults and kids over 12:
Just 1 spray in each nostril as needed, 2-3 times a day.
Remember, Otrivin is a short-term solution—don’t use it for more than 10 days in a row. Prolonged use can lead to rebound congestion or make your sniffles come back.
Otrivin is not for use by nursing or pregnant women unless prescribed by a doctor.
