- The post was made 3 monthsDiameter of the funnelHi! I already have a diffuser that came with my Remington THERMAcare PRO 2200 Hairdryer, but I would like a bigger one. So I wonder what the diameter is of the large end of the diffuser? That is, the part where the prongs come out, not the part that attaches to the hairdryer itself. Thanks in advance!1648 views
- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 3 monthsHello Fro! 👋 Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, Remington does not seem to specify the exact diameter of the diffuser’s large end (the part where the prongs are). The only official measurement available is that it fits hair dryers with a diameter of 5.5–7.0 cm at the connection. Based on product images, the estimated outer diameter of the large end is about 15–16 cm, the inner diameter (the actual bowl) about 13–14 cm, but this is only an estimate since the manufacturer has not published any exact measurements. Hope this helps! 💖1 likes

- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHi Olguli 👋 This universal diffuser is not limited to Remington – you can use it with most hair dryers, as long as the nozzle fits in size. Minimum 5.5 cm and maximum 7 cm. Take care 💗1 likes
- The post was made 1 yearsHow high of heat can it tolerate?Hi! I have a question about the heat tolerance. In the instructions, it says to use a low setting for heat and not to use the device on high heat. Does that mean I should use cool air, or is medium heat okay? It takes quite a long time to dry hair with just cool air, so I'm wondering if it can handle a little heat without getting damaged.3165 views
- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Nova! The reason for this is that prolonged exposure to high heat can damage both the diffuser and the hairdryer. This means you can use medium heat, but it's important to avoid the highest heat setting. Medium heat provides a balance between effective drying and protection for both the hair and the diffuser ✨ Take care 💗2 likes

- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Tuva This is designed to fit several of their hair dryer models, but it’s not guaranteed to fit exactly all To be on the safe side, I would recommend measuring the diameter at the outlet and if it’s between 5.5 and 7cm, this will work Take care!1 likes
