  How high of heat can it tolerate?

  Hi! I have a question about the heat tolerance. In the instructions, it says to use a low setting for heat and not to use the device on high heat. Does that mean I should use cool air, or is medium heat okay? It takes quite a long time to dry hair with just cool air, so I'm wondering if it can handle a little heat without getting damaged.
