Doesn't fit?
I bought a jar of this from Rituals' own website last year and also bought a refill that fit perfectly in the jar. Now I received this one and it doesn't fit?? The jar can't be closed at all now, I noticed it has a higher edge than my other refill. Why is there no information about this?? I've already opened the refill because I didn't notice the wrong fit until I tried to close the jar.

Click on the My Pages icon. Then select Order History. Click on the relevant order number for the items you wish to complain about. Click on the Complain icon. Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product. To speed up the complaint process, you can upload a picture of the current damage/reason for complaint and the product’s batch number. You do this under Upload Images. Choose from the dropdown how you want to be compensated if the complaint is approved. Confirm by clicking Send. If the product was purchased directly in-store, we recommend that you visit the store where the purchase was made. There, our store colleagues will gladly assist you further and ensure you get the right help 🤗

Use:
Push the notches on the side of the jar upwards to release the inner jar from the glass container. Then, press the refill jar into the luxurious mother pack and remove the seal. Your product is now ready to use.
