    Question about toning

    I was very satisfied with the result of the 6-00 color, but I would like a darker color for the hair roots that blends well with the 6-00 color, which is neutral. Which would be recommended?

      Hey Wilma! 😊 This toner is semi-permanent, which means that the color pigments sit on the outside of the hair strand instead of penetrating deeply. It is primarily designed to refresh the hair, add shine, and even out the tone. Since it is not permanent, the color lasts shorter than traditional hair dye, which means you need to tone the hair a little more often to maintain the result. A big advantage of toning, however, is that the color fades gradually with washing, which makes the regrowth less noticeable and the transition softer ❤️ Take care!

    What is the difference between 5-00 and 5-00 extra? I’m trying to read up on it but can’t make sense of it:/

      Hey hey Carro 😃👋 The difference between the shades 5-0 and 5-00 is that 5-00 covers gray hair better 👌 But otherwise, they have the same shade and undertone, which is Light Brown with a neutral undertone 💗 Take care of yourself!

    Misleading color

    I would have given 0 stars if I could. This makes your hair black! I thought it would be like the regular tone on tone 5-0 that I used before, but this one turns extremely dark. Super frustrating since you can see a significant difference compared to my lengths, which are light brown. I have been black-haired before and spent thousands of dollars at the salon to get my natural light brown color back, only to be completely affected by this. Watch out!!
