  Even and nice color

  Incredibly easy-to-work-with toner that gives an even and nice result. Was at the Lyko flagship store today to buy this toner 9,15-19. Talked to the store staff who recommended buying one package, but I know my hair, so I bought two packages, and LUCKY I did because it was JUST enough. I expected even more of a pink or purple, but I am still SUPER HAPPY with the result. My main goal was to do a cover-up on a somewhat failed salon dye job (see before picture). And the toner really did that. It created a smooth transition between the base color and the highlights. Just as I wanted! I can absolutely see myself using this color or another shade from the same series. I would love to receive tips on what would suit me or any shade that is marked as a favorite with you! 🩷 It should be added that I got a tip from the staff to mix in a splash of water to make the toner a toning, i.e., not as effective. This may have contributed to the color not being so strong. But I must give an extra star to the toner for being true to lightness level. I really thought it held to a 9a! (I have experienced that some toners turn out darker than they promise) Can absolutely recommend 🥰 just a little heads up for the smell though… the smell reminded me of a certain bodily fluid, I won’t say which… 🤣 #lykoreview

  Cool reddish color?

  I am looking for a cool color that gives my hair a hint of red/pink tone. Is this such a color? It's important that there is no warmth (yellow/orange) in the color I use. Are there any other colors that might fit what I'm looking for? I have naturally dark ash blonde, but I have bleached with highlights, and more or less fully bleached in the lengths. I have some yellowish tone that I want to cover.

  I used 9.5-19 and also mixed in a bit of 8-19. I was quite disappointed as it barely removed the golden tones. I get much better results when I use silver shampoo. So I’ll stick with that instead. I usually use Matrix toners otherwise, and they work much better too. Very weak violet pigments in these Igora toners, I would say!
