Bleaching+Toning
Hi! I have lightened my hair a bit at the ends and a strand at the front near my face, but I don't think it's light enough. Can I bleach the strand and ends and then apply a blonde toner? Does it bleach more or less than the bleaches that are Vol 40?
I want to try bleaching my hair to light ash blonde or platinum blonde. I spoke with a hairdresser who said that if I were to try doing it myself, I should bleach it as many shades as possible at once instead of bleaching it multiple times. So now I'm looking for the bleaching kit that bleaches the most shades. Hope you can recommend something to me. P.S.
