    It's a nice clensing balm, i dont like that the scoop is in a flimsy plastic lid that goes in-between the actual lid and product, it gives it a cheep feel, it would be much better if it properly attached to the lid. It's silky, smooth, and soft and melts makeup well. + gentle + silky smooth + melts makeup well + smells nice + dosent sting eyes - packaging isn't great

Use:
Use spatula included to scoop balm. Gently massage in circular motions onto dry skin using your fingertips to breakdown all makeup and residue. Add water to emulsify the oil and massage again. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
