    Repairs my compromised skin barrier

    Bought this serum because I am (still) looking for a dupe for Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair. Not a dupe, but this is a really good serum! I've been using it since November and I haven't noticed anything special other than its moisturizing effect. Since it's an expensive serum and there are a lot of affordable alternatives out there that do the same thing, I was very disappointed. But when my skin barrier became compromised, this serum helped so much to repair my skin and strengthen the barrier! For damage or clinical treatments on the skin, I use this serum because it is very effective for repair, hydration, and strengthening my skin barrier. If it weren't so expensive, I would use it every day. Because I use acids and exfoliate regularly, I also expose my skin to a damaged barrier, so this serum is definitely a reliable backup.

    Glow!

    Originally, I visited a Korean skincare store in Stockholm where a Korean store employee actually recommended Ma:nyo. It hasn't become super popular in the West yet, but the brand is apparently very popular in Korea, which is fun! ☺️ I get such insane glow and glass skin from this ampoule! It also deeply hydrates without clogging the pores, which was a pleasant surprise. It is a bit high in price, but you really get what you pay for, so I definitely recommend this for your skincare routine! I have combination skin, large pores around and on my nose and chin, but despite that, I have super dry skin on the other areas of my face. My skin is a bit tired and dull, which this ampoule has really helped with 🌸. I use this together with Clinique moisture surge face cream, and it is truly a DREAM combo ✨.
