Salicylic or...
Hey I have acne-prone combination skin and have had medical help with this that hasn't worked. Now I don't use any of it, but I'm left with scars from all the acne. There are discolorations as well as "ice pick" scars. I still have acne from time to time, but it's not too bad. But I've noticed that when I stop using this product, the pimples come back almost immediately. My questions are how do I get rid of the discolorations, and should I use this product or is there something else instead, or something to combine with this to stay as acne-free as possible? I also use Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%.Translated from swedish
246 views- Skin therapist at Lyko1 weekAzelaic acid has many benefits for the skin, especially for acne, scars, and uneven skin tone; antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps to keep the pores clean. Peels easily, so it also works on the structure of acne scars and hyperpigmentation. Also for sensitive and reddened skin. Yes, a fantastic acid simply!

Confused my skin
It didn't remove my blackheads and just caused a lot of rashes and small pimples everywhere on my face. I've been struggling with my skin for several years and had very nice skin before I used this. Now my skin is completely chaotic. This serum is going in the trash and I don't even dare to give it away to anyone…Translated from swedish

Hey
Does Salicylic Acid work if I use C vitamin serum + niacinamide and Caudalie day and night?Translated from swedish
407 views- Customer service at Lyko1 weekHi Angelika! I would recommend you to use Salicylic Acid only in the evening together with niacinamide. Then you can use your vitamin C serum during the day ✨ Take care! 💗

Blackheads
Is this good for blackheads? If not, which The Ordinary serum do you recommend?Translated from swedish
621 views- Customer service at Lyko3 weeksHey Neda!🤍✨ Yes, The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution is effective against blackheads as it dissolves oil in the pores and exfoliates the skin. Another option is this serum 👇 lyko.com/sv/the-ordinary/the-ordinary-niacinamide-10--zinc-1 It contains niacinamide (B3) to reduce pores and even out skin tone, as well as zinc to balance oil production🫧 Take care!🙌1 likes

WOW
This is really so freaking good, especially if you want to get rid of your pores or have any blemishes, you can just apply a little to those specific areas, just be careful not to overuse it or you might get a damaged skin barrier, but otherwise it’s so good.Translated from swedish

Skincare
Hi, I have acne and some acne scars on my face, so can I use the following in the same routine: The Ordinary's: hyaluronic acid 2% + B5, Niacinamide 10% + zinc 1% And this Salicylic Acid 2% Solution? If I can, in what order should I apply these to my skin? + could these possibly help with acne?2 likes2059 views- Customer service at Lyko2 monthsHey Emmi! Thanks for your question I would recommend using this product only in the evenings 🌙 Salicylic Acid 2% Solution 30 ml and applied to clean skin In the mornings, you can use it together with Hyaluronic acid 2% + B5 and Niaciniamide 10% + zinc 1% ☀️ These products can help with acne, but the effectiveness of the products is always individual ❤️ Hope this was helpful! Have a lovely day 🌈2 likes

Skincare Routine
Hi. In what order do I use these 3 products in my skincare, if they can be used together, to relieve my acne but mostly to get rid of as many acne scars as possible. Cosrx AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution 30 ml Cosrx Advanced Snail 92 All in one Cream 100 gTranslated from swedish
1476 views- Customer service at Lyko2 monthsHey! They are really nice products, but I wouldn't recommend using them in the same routine! For the day, I would recommend a serum that doesn't have acid in it and finish with Cosrx Advanced Snail 92 All in one Cream 100 g. For the evening, you can use Salicylic Acid 2% Solution 30 ml and finish with Advanced Snail 92 All in one Cream 100 g. Cosrx AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner can be used about 1-3 times a week on the evenings you don't have Salicylic Acid 2% Solution 30 ml Good luck and have the best!

The difference between two products
What is the difference between Direct Acids Salicylic Acid 2% (the white bottle) and Salicylic Acid (the brown bottle)?Translated from norwegian
