This is an amazing eye makeup remover. I often use this as the first step. I moisten cotton pads and gently press them on my eyes (eyes closed), wait a moment, and then gently wipe. Mascara comes off easily, and it's not too harsh. If you use it on your whole face, make sure to wash it off with a water-soluble cleanser! #lykoreview1550 views
