    Velvet, but

    I really agree with the person who described the consistency as "almost velvety." Really a lovely formula that hydrates and softens the skin and makes it glow. Cozy. Unfortunately, my face is overly sensitive right now due to acne creams, and I need an even milder cream than this one that has some perfume. I would have preferred fragrance-free, but it depends on what you like and how sensitive you are. I will continue using the cream on my décolletage and try it on my face again when the winter sensitivity goes away, because the ingredients and that velvety feel are enticing.     Pretty okay

    I've been using it for about 1.5-2 weeks now and I don't think it has done much for my skin as it claims to. It has a scent, which I never like in skincare, I can't put makeup over it without it crumbling off, it burns near the eyes, and you can FEEL that you've applied it several hours later. Maybe it's because I have sensitive skin, but I wouldn't recommend it. The product feels light but is sticky, so you have to wash your hands afterward.     Glitter in the product?

    I liked a similar day cream from Garnier, so I thought I’d try this one, but I was deeply disappointed. It lays on the skin like a film and makes it glittery, which is uncomfortable and causes reactions on the skin. It also doesn’t sit well under makeup at all. I had hoped to get glow from the ingredients in the product, not because of small glitter particles in the cream…

    Good moisturizer

    I have been using Garnier SkinActive Brightening Day Cream with Vitamin C for a couple of weeks now, and I really like how hydrated and soft my skin feels. It gives a nice glow and smells fresh – although the scent might be a bit strong for some. I haven't had any breakouts or irritation, even though my skin is a bit sensitive. It absorbs quickly and works well under makeup. I haven't noticed any huge difference in pigmentation spots yet, but as a daily moisturizer with a little extra glow effect, it works really well!     A new favorite

    I have tried this cream now for a few weeks and I am positively surprised! I love the scent, perfect like this in the spring! I think my skin is getting hydrated and soft.     Good day cream

    Good base, doesn't get shiny but gives a glow and moisturizes well. Disadvantage that it smells a lot.

    Great budget choice

    I was positively surprised by this day cream, the consistency is silky and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky film, the skin feels instantly hydrated and fresh.     Good product

    I have both dry and acne-prone skin types, but mainly very sensitive. Many creams tend to make my skin react quite strongly (redness mainly and a bit of a burning sensation). I didn't find that this cream from Garnier made me react as much. What I felt was that it irritated the skin a little, but no major reaction. It feels nice otherwise with a nice consistency and a good scent (even though it was probably the perfume that irritated). I really recommend it for those who do not have sensitive skin as it otherwise seems to have good ingredients and I found it to be good at moisturizing!
