    Push out the air!!!!

    I see that many are complaining that they can't get the product up with the pipette, a common mistake with thicker serums that come in pipette bottles! You have to push out ALL the air in the pipette before you stick it into the bottle. Also give it an extra second to suck up the serum. It's about creating vacuum and pressure, which is especially important with thicker consistencies.

    Poor packaging

    I have to agree with the others who have written about the product. The serum is too thick to get into the pipette, can't get anything up with it.

      Hey Felicia! 😊 Thank you so much for your review 😍 Try screwing the cap on tightly, opening it again, and squeezing all the air out of the rubber tip. Place the pipette into the serum and slowly release to create a vacuum. Sometimes it also helps to tilt the bottle a bit and point the pipette tip towards the inside of the glass. If it still doesn't work, you can always pour a small amount into your palm and pat it onto your skin – it works great with this texture! If the pipette seems defective, please include a short video and batch code in a complaint via My Pages/app, and we'll take a closer look at this 🌟 Have a great day! ☀️
