Push out the air!!!!
I see that many are complaining that they can't get the product up with the pipette, a common mistake with thicker serums that come in pipette bottles! You have to push out ALL the air in the pipette before you stick it into the bottle. Also give it an extra second to suck up the serum. It's about creating vacuum and pressure, which is especially important with thicker consistencies.942 views

I have to agree with the others who have written about the product. Place the pipette into the serum and slowly release to create a vacuum. Sometimes it also helps to tilt the bottle a bit and point the pipette tip towards the inside of the glass. If it still doesn't work, you can always pour a small amount into your palm and pat it onto your skin – it works great with this texture!
