    Poor packaging

    I have to agree with the others who have written about the product. The serum is too thick to get into the pipette, can't get anything up with it.

      Hey Felicia! 😊 Thank you so much for your review 😍 Try screwing the cap on tightly, opening it again, and squeezing all the air out of the rubber tip. Place the pipette into the serum and slowly release to create a vacuum. Sometimes it also helps to tilt the bottle a bit and point the pipette tip towards the inside of the glass. If it still doesn't work, you can always pour a small amount into your palm and pat it onto your skin – it works great with this texture! If the pipette seems defective, please include a short video and batch code in a complaint via My Pages/app, and we'll take a closer look at this 🌟 Have a great day! β˜€οΈ
