⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly deep-cleansing favorite
The Body Shop Charcoal Pore-Minimising Mask is the kind of face mask I choose when my skin feels tired, dull, or in need of a thorough deep cleanse. The first thing I like is the texture – it really feels like a classic clay mask and you immediately get the sensation of a more intensive treatment at home. The mask is based on ingredients including kaolin, Moroccan clay, and charcoal. It also contains green tea, tea tree oil, and exfoliating particles. The Body Shop describes it as an exfoliating clay mask that absorbs excess oil and helps remove dirt and impurities. The charcoal in the current formula is also designed to visibly reduce the appearance of pores. (The Body Shop ) What I especially like is how the skin feels afterwards. When the mask is washed off, I get that really clean and fresh feeling, and the skin surface feels smoother. For me, this is not a moisturizing comfort mask, but rather a product I bring out when I want to give my pores and skin a thorough cleansing. Another detail I appreciate is that the mask also provides a gentle exfoliating effect when rinsed off. I therefore use gentle circular motions and let the product do the work instead of scrubbing hard. The Body Shop’s recommendation is to apply an even layer, avoid eyes and lips, let the mask work for about 10–15 minutes, and then rinse off with circular motions. (The Body Shop ) I also think it pairs very well with the Tea Tree products. The charcoal mask becomes my more intensive deep cleanser while Tea Tree 3-in-1 can be used in several ways. It feels like a good combination when the focus is on pores, impurities, and a more even skin texture. However, there is one thing I think is important to mention: this is quite an active mask. The formula contains denatured alcohol, menthol, tea tree oil, and exfoliating ingredients. (The Body Shop ) Therefore, I wouldn’t overuse it or combine it with several strong acids and peels on the same evening. Afterwards, I prefer something soothing and moisturizing. For me, the biggest advantage is the result immediately after use. The skin feels thoroughly cleansed, fresh, and smooth, while the pores appear less noticeable when the skin is clean. I also like the fresh feeling during use – it really feels like you’ve had a little salon treatment at home. My rating: 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A really good mask for days when the skin needs extra deep cleansing. I like the combination of charcoal and clay, the exfoliating feeling, and especially how clean and smooth the skin feels afterwards. This is definitely a product I gladly continue to have in my skincare routine. 🖤✨ #hårvård #hårrutin #hårtips #friskthår #glansigthår #lockigthår #curlyhair #haircare #hairroutine #healthyhair #hårinspiration #hårprodukter #Lyko #LykoCommunity #beauty #skönhet #mogenhårvård #hairgoals - The post was made 5 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer
Divine!
One of the best face masks I've tried. Gives a minty scent that feels super fresh, I am super satisfied! The small jar lasts a long time ☺️ But if you have sensitive skin, this is probably not recommended.1 product in post Divine!597 views - The post was made 9 monthsRating: 5 out of 5
Best mask EVER
I have used up 4 jars because it’s so good. The skin becomes tight, smooth, glass-like after using the mask, and the pores disappear completely. 100% recommend🫶1164 views - The post was made 10 months
Difference?
Is there any difference between this and the Himalayan? Grateful for an answer 😊1239 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 10 monthsHey Veronica 😊👋 Great question! The difference between the Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask and the Charcoal Pore-Minimising Mask isn't really that big – the new variant is an updated version of the previous one 🌿 Both cleanse the skin deeply, absorb excess oil, and provide a fresh glow. However, the new Charcoal Pore-Minimising Mask contains more charcoal and is specially formulated to visibly reduce pores and give an even clearer skin texture! All the best!2 likes
