Use:
After shampooing and conditioning, apply the mask to damp hair and leave it on for at least 5 minutes to an hour, then rinse thoroughly.

Ampoule treatment: Apply the ampoule to damp, washed hair and massage mainly into the scalp. Leave on for 7-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Treatment with ampoule and mask: Apply the ampoule to damp washed hair and massage mainly into the scalp. Leave the treatment on for 7 minutes, then apply the mask directly on top for an additional 7-10 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.
