    So good, but irritates my skin

    This eyelash serum is the only one I have tried that has worked for me. The problem is that it dries out and irritates the skin around my eyes, making me completely red and swollen, and I lose eyelashes. It says in the description that the serum is not supposed to be irritating and works on sensitive skin, but for me, that is not the case at all? I have only used the old packaging, have they changed the formula along with the applicator or is the formula the same as in the old packaging?

      Hey Senna 🤗 Yes, that's right, the formula was changed in connection with the update of the applicator. It's such a shame that the new one doesn't seem to suit you, it seems to be some ingredient that you're reacting to since you're getting irritated around the eyes.       Hey there! ☀️ Just like Angelica said, it’s individual how much and how often you use the product, that’s obviously crucial. On June 20th last year, I bought my serum, the previous variant with 3 ml and a brush as an applicator, and it’s not finished yet! I can’t remember how consistently I used it during the summer, but I’ve been using it daily on my lashes for several months now. At times, I’ve also used it on my brows. So it seems to last anywhere from just over 3 to over 6 months. 💫 I’ve been super happy with the results and that it has lasted long. I feel a bit skeptical about the new formula and applicator now, but I will definitely try it and get back with a review after that. 🥰 Hope you find a serum that suits you and lasts just the right amount of time 😊

    The new applicator removes full rating

    I am super satisfied with the product overall. I feel that it helps and the lashes become both longer and feel stronger. But now to the problem. The new applicator is clumsy, you get way too much product which feels like you are wasting a lot. It gets messy and also ends up in places where it shouldn't be. I hope they change it back to the old applicator.

    Great product but terrible applicator

    The product is amazing but I am very disappointed with the new applicator. I guess it’s redesigned to make the product run out faster since more liquid is used per application. The previous applicator was much better, easier to handle, and totally in line with other brands I’ve tried. Unsure if I will buy it again just because of the applicator.

    Insane product!

    I have tested this (though the old packaging of 3 ml with a different applicator) on my lashes since June 25th and the result is completely insane. I never thought it would work this well. At first, I didn't notice much difference, and after about 1.5 months, I had a week where I lost tons of lashes - I got a little scared but still continued with the serum, and after that, it really took off. So consistency is key. This result I have gotten after about 3.5 months, completely without irritation. I use it every evening. Smells a bit weird, but the smell goes away quickly and you can't smell it once you've applied it to your lashes. And there is still quite a bit of liquid left in the packaging (3 ml). Of course, a bit pricey, so I bought it on sale, but the result makes up for it - will 100% buy again!
