For about 10 cookies you need:

2 egg whites
1 dl pure collagen protein
1 dl organic hazelnut cream
2 dl almond flour
2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts + a little to top with
2 tablespoons of cocoa
Set the oven to 175 degrees. Whisk together the ingredients with an electric whisk and press out cookies with a spoon on a baking sheet with baking paper. Flatten the cookies slightly and sprinkle with extra chopped organic hazelnuts. These make an incredibly good combination with the organic hazelnut cream. Then bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes and let them cool completely. Enjoy!
