Use:
Check the date on the condom foil. Tear along one side of the condom foil. If the condom gets damages, discard the condom, and use a new one.
If you use additional lubricant, only use a water-based lubricant.
Hold the condom teat between your finger and thumb and roll the condom onto an erect penis before contact with your partner. Unroll down the full length of the penis expelling any air from the condom.
After ejaculating withdraw the penis from your partner holding the base of the condom to ensure it does not slip off. When the penis is withdrawn from your partner you can then remove the condom.
Use the condom once only. Discard the condom in a waste bin.
