The package consists of one pair of disposable plastic socks (size 36-45) containing gel with natural extracts and fruit acid. Mild scent of lavender.

Use:
1. Wash and dry your feet and put on the plastic socks. Close the socks around the ankles with the tape provided.
2. Wear the socks for 1 hour so the jelly absorbs. Feel free to wear a pair of cotton socks outside for comfort.
3. Remove the plastic socks and wash your feet with mild soap to remove the gel.
