Muscle Relief Instant Magnesium is a fast acting powder, specially formulated for muscle recovery. suitable for those who exercise or experience mild muscle cramps or restless legs.

With magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium malate and magnesium lactate, all of which have high bioavailability and are gentle on the stomach. The powder also contains high concentrate tart cherry extract and standardized ginger extract. Ginger contains the bioactive substance gingerol.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system and to reduced fatigue and exhaustion. Sour cherries contribute to muscle recovery.

Use:
1-3 scoops per day after training or in the evening. The powder has a good taste of lemon and ginger and ca be mixed with any liquid. (Avoid hot liquids, as this can destroy the nutritional content.)
