    BOX AND PACKAGING

    I would like to know the following: - appearantly this product is discontinued, how come do you still sell it? - this is a product I ordered online and in store they do not have it ( Mall of Scandinavia)- they claimed in the store that lyko.se has nothing to do with them?? - please check the arrows on the packaging, the black arrow should always be to the right thicker- pointing, here the lighter is on top? All other Tom Fords I have the opposite- why is it different here? ( this was a present would be very embarrassing if counterfeit) - how come you offer Tom Ford at discount? I have written to TF and they claim they never ever offer discounts Please explain the above. Jud

      Hi again Judit 🌼 Now I got an answer to the packaging question. The packaging can vary per region due to environmental laws, and it can also vary from time to time. If you still think you have received a defective product, you can make a complaint to us. You make it through Mina sidor - Orderhistorik - choose the right order and then Reklamera.
