ACO SPOTLESS PURIFYING TONER
I have tested this toner together with the serum and cream in the series and have mixed feelings about it. ✨ I have oily but also sensitive skin, and even though my skin felt clean and exfoliated after use, I actually found it quite drying for me. It also smells quite strongly of alcohol and could sometimes sting a little. I also got pimples on my forehead, which I almost never usually get. However, I’m unsure if it was the toner, serum, or cream that caused it, or if my skin just reacted because I usually have a very simple skincare routine with only cleansing and face cream. Spotless!!
I have tried this one and think it cleans the skin well and feels very effective. The skin really feels clean and smooth after use, and it gives a fresh feeling. However, I have very dry skin, and for me, it became a bit too drying with daily use. Sometimes it can sting a little and the skin feels tight afterwards. Cheap toner!
I have combination skin. It gets a bit oily in the T-zone, but also quite dry in some areas of the face. But generally, I don’t have many problems with my skin. It needs a lot of moisture. But what skin doesn’t? This toner is more targeted towards skin with issues like pimples or clogged pores. Since I don’t really have these problems, I haven’t noticed a big difference using this. The packaging is large, you get a lot for your money. It can sting a little when you apply it, so I feel you should be a bit careful if you have sensitive skin. I think I see that I have slightly smaller pores on my nose. But otherwise, I don’t see a big difference. But I don’t dislike using it. The skin feels very clean and nice after use. Leaves the skin with a clean feeling
I have been testing this face toner for a couple of weeks now and think it does some of what it promises, but not everything. I find it pleasant to use the toner after my regular cleansing routine, as it removes the last traces of makeup residue and leaves the skin clean and nice. However, I do not see that it has any major effect on the appearance of pores and/or blemishes, which might be the main reason why one chooses to buy this particular toner. When applied, it stings a little if you have open wounds on your face, which can certainly be uncomfortable for some. For me, however, it contributes to the feeling of cleanliness. The scent resembles alsol alcohol, meaning not the world's best smell, but at the same time it gives a "serious" impression of the product. If it smelled strongly perfumed, I, as a person with acne-prone skin, would be a bit skeptical about it. Too strong for my skin!!!
I have now tested #aco spotless face toner for a month and I'm not so convinced it's for me. At first glance, the product sounds like something I would appreciate, as it is supposed to be good against pimples and impurities. It contains 2% salicylic acid. Unfortunately, it feels extremely drying for me and it actually hasn't helped with pimples either. On the contrary, I've rather gotten a pimple here and there during use. About my skin✨ I have normal skin with pores on my nose and chin and sometimes get pimples, mostly around the mouth. While I used Ako daily, I got two pimples on my forehead, which is extremely unusual since my skin mainly breaks out around the mouth. I didn't like that it smelled so strong, like alcohol, and I don't think it was for me. The positive thing is that I felt exfoliated. Affordable toner to alternate with
As a #lykoinflutester, I’ve had the chance to test this toner from #aco for a few weeks. For several years, I’ve been a loyal user of a similar toner from a more expensive brand, so it was really fun to try this one! There seem to be some differences in the ingredient list, but both contain 2% salicylic acid. The product is nicely packaged in a fairly sleek bottle that matches the rest of the line. I don’t have much to say about my visual impression of the product itself; it’s a transparent and completely colorless toner. Feels good upon application, seems quite gentle on the skin despite the high salicylic acid content. However, I must admit I haven’t dared to use it daily, I’ve used it 1-2 times per week. This is because I have quite troublesome combination skin that tends to get dry, so I’m a bit scared to experiment in general and don’t really want to deviate from my usual routine. But oh well, it’s so fun to be an influencer tester, so I did my best 😁🤓 Since my starting point is that I already had a similar product in my routine, I didn’t expect to see much result/difference, and I didn’t. But I think that’s a positive!! I interpret it as working just as well as the one I previously used from a more expensive brand, and that’s a great compliment! Overall, I think it’s an effective and affordable product. Good but feels drying
When I received this to try, my skin was very chaotic. I sometimes have periods with a lot of impurities, blackheads, and pimples. So this came at just the right time! I have used Acos serum, toner, and day cream, which are all from the same series, together for about 3 weeks. I like a little perfume in my products, but it also felt fresh and clean to have something fragrance-free. The toner has almost a slight smell of alcohol, but it doesn’t bother me that much. I experienced a clean feeling after using it but also felt that it was a bit drying on me. However, this was quickly remedied by Acos cream. Worth every penny!
I've been using this facial toner for a few weeks now and really like how fresh my skin feels afterward. I have normal skin with oily areas and sometimes get pimples, especially around the chin and forehead. It cleans deeply without making the skin feel tight, and I've noticed less clogged pores and fewer small pimples. My daughter (11 years old) also uses it, and the bumps on her cheeks have finally started to decrease! This is a fragrance-free toner meant to help if you’re prone to pimples. It’s supposed to work preventively by exfoliating and cleansing clogged pores. They recommend using it both morning & night. I find it a bit too drying for my taste, and I don’t think it makes any difference with my pimples. I also wouldn’t recommend using it twice a day since it contains salicylic acid; I think you should ease into it first. And fragrance-free – absolutely, but it smells like hand sanitizer, so a little fragrance wouldn’t have hurt. This didn’t become a favorite for me since I don’t see any positive change. However, I saw someone here in the reviews using it on their body, like in the armpits to counteract sweat odor, totally brilliant! Affordable
As an influencer tester, I have had the chance to try some products from Aco. I think the toner from Aco is good. When using it, I find that it smells a bit strong, but the scent disappears quite quickly upon application and you get a slightly cooling sensation from the toner. Right after application, you can feel the product, but the sensation fades the more time passes after application. It comes in a normal bottle with a good opening for the product, which also makes it easy to use and the application of the product simple. I have combination skin and think it works well for my skin. With continuous use, you notice a difference yourself even if the difference is not visible outwardly. It can feel a bit cooler/tingly on the areas that are not oily, but it passes quickly. Not a product for me
I have had the chance to try some skincare from #aco, which has been very exciting as it is a brand I don't know very well! 🤩 This review is for their spotless face toner! This product is a facial toner that is supposed to help deeply cleanse pores and reduce pimples and blackheads. Personally, I currently have quite good and "problem-free" skin, so I haven't seen any direct results from this as it doesn't really fall under the category of skincare I need right now. I have tested it both on my whole face and only on "problem areas," and for me with dry skin, it dries out the skin way too much. I also had some issues with the scent; it smells very strongly of alcohol, and I also felt it stung on my driest areas of the face.
