Hmm ..
This product did not meet my expectations. I have sensitive skin and the description sold the serum as something soothing; however, I feel that this was extremely harsh on my skin. Yes, it looks dewy and hydrated - but it feels sore and tight. I will let the bottle sit for a few days before I try it again. Pretty product, smells incredibly good, applies easily and didn't feel sticky on the skin. The bottle and pipette feel "exclusive", and the bottle is larger than other serums I have. A search online shows that Niacin is a less common skincare product than Niacinamide - this is my fault for not checking better in advance; I blindly trusted the description. I see that Niacin can often cause redness and is therefore not always the best choice for sensitive skin. 🍑 A serum that really gives the skin a nice boost!
ANUA Peach 70% Niacin Serum is one of those products that I find really lovely to have in my skincare routine. I especially like the feeling of using a serum that focuses both on hydration and at the same time makes the skin look a bit more even and fresh. ✨ The first thing I like is the texture. It feels light and smooth on the skin and is easy to massage in without leaving a heavy or unpleasantly sticky feeling. I really like when a serum feels hydrating but still works well with several other products. What makes this one extra interesting is the 70% peach extract and niacinamide. I think it’s a nice combination for those who want to work on skin radiance and uneven skin tone while the skin gets moisture. 🍑🤍 After application, the skin feels soft, hydrated, and fresh. I especially like that slightly “plumped” feeling you get when the skin feels properly hydrated. It also makes the rest of the skincare feel even nicer to apply on top. I also like that the serum is so easy to include in the routine. Cleanse, serum, and then moisturizer – done. It doesn’t need to be more complicated than that, which suits me perfectly when I want an effective but still simple skincare routine. 🥰 And the packaging is really cute! 🍑 That little peach vibe makes the product very charming, and it almost looks like a little dessert among the skincare. 😂 For me, this is primarily a serum for the days when I want the skin to feel soft, hydrated, and fresh with a little extra glow. Looks nothing like what I ordered
I’ve never tried this serum or brand before, and I thought I’d give it a try since the ingredients seem ok and the pictures made it look nice. Unfortunately, what I received looks completely different from what is pictured on the product page. Instead of the cute glass bottle that would look great on my shelf, I got an ugly and unremarkable serum that I never would’ve spent my money on had I known what it looked like.
