    I do not recommend

    The product has turned brown before opening (best before v 2027) and leaves a very weak brownish tint on the face, so I recommend using foundation. According to the instructions, you should use 2-3 drops, but the pump dispenses much more, and it doesn't adjust to half a pump. So the product is wasted daily. And lastly, the product has a terrible C-vitamin smell, and the skin smells too. I definitely do not recommend. The only positive side is the product's size / price.

      Hey there! ✨ It's such a shame to hear that this didn't become your new favorite! It's typical for C vitamin serums to have an orange/dark color, but it sounds unfortunate that the color is still visibly on your face through other skincare products! 🥺 C vitamin serums can also have a funny scent, especially those that contain ascorbic acid. That's obviously unfortunate. Puriton's products are designed to be suitable for more sensitive skin, which is why they don't contain fragrance that could have masked the smell. I really hope you find a more effective C vitamin serum for yourself.     And lasts long due to the large packaging, but uncertain results for me🤷‍♀️ I am 🌸55 years old and in the photo with my alias, I am 52, so I have had genetic luck with youthful skin🍀😀 🌸Have had dry, fine-pored skin since my 20s. 🌸Have taken good care of my skin since my teenage years and only sunbathed a little. 🌸No acne scars and almost no wrinkles. 🌸Now due to age, I have started to get less dry skin on my forehead, some enlarged pores on and around my nose + some smaller pigment spots😧🤥 as well as pigment spots on the décolletage due to too little sun protection there in my younger days. I started with C-vitamin serum about 2 years ago and have 2 favorites: the one from Skinceuticals and REN Skincare. Puritos is not a third, unfortunately. The main reason is that I have not seen any results after 5 months. I thought the others gave better results😊 ➕Good price. ➕Good that it contains a full 5% ascorbic acid, which is supposed to be a good source of C-vitamin. ➕ Cruelty free 🐒🐇🐁🐕 ➕Vegan☘️ ➕Lasts long due to generous packaging of 60 ml! ➕Easy-to-use pump bottle made of brown plastic. ➕Did not irritate my skin. ➖No results after 4, soon 5 months of regular use almost every morning on my face and on my neck and décolletage. ➖It contains niacinamide. Unfortunately, I missed that! My skin becomes dry, red, and tight from it, and I do not want it on e.g. cheeks, neck, and décolletage for that reason. Can explain why it never felt appealing to use this here! ➖There is so much product that it is absolutely impossible to use it up within the recommended time of 3 months without also using it on hands and forearms. As I said, I thought I saw results with the other two brands where the skin also felt soft afterward, but one is too expensive for me (Skinceuticals) and the other just went bankrupt (REN Skincare)🤥 I bought my bottle from an online pharmacy. It was brown-colored and smelled like ascorbic acid products often do; a bit appropriately funky and musty🤢😁 I know that it is normal, but I would have preferred to avoid either the color or the smell😉 However, I would have gladly put up with both if I had gotten results😁 I give this here 3 stars. ⭐⭐⭐ #lykoreview

    Hey! I just started using Purito's vitamin c serum and I feel some kind of burn on my face. Should I wash it off? Get used to it? Did I use too much? Stop using the product? What could be the reason? I usually don't react to skincare, but my skin seems to tolerate and react well to everything, this is the first time. 🤞🏼 Thanks in advance!

You’re on the right track, and here are some tips: 1. Ease your skin into it by using the serum every other day or 1-2 times a week at first to avoid irritation. 2. Use a smaller amount if you’ve applied too much, as this can cause discomfort. 3. Make sure to moisturize properly and use sunscreen since Vitamin C can make your skin more sensitive. 4. If you’re using other active ingredients (like AHA, BHA, or retinol), they can also increase sensitivity. If the irritation and sensation you’re experiencing continue, pause the product and give your skin time to recover. It may be that this one just doesn’t suit your skin. This gives you a chance to see how your skin reacts to the mix and how the products interact.
