Got a rash
I had a period of slightly sensitive skin (nothing extreme), so I bought this to soothe, but it got much worse. I got a lot of redness and rashes, especially around the cheekbones. It seems like I reacted to something in the product, maybe too high a concentration of panthenol. I usually react when there's too much of a substance even if it's supposed to be good for, e.g., the skin barrier. Otherwise, it would probably have suited my combination skin. It felt soft. Cleans well

Smells bad...
I've been using it for over a year now and really think it works with my skin! Decent non-drying cleanser
I fund this to be a fine cleanser that doesn't strip the skin of natural oils. However it definitely doesn't lather as well as I need it to, thus I use way too much of it. I haven't had it for a month yet and it's almost empty after using it once a day. I personally think this is more suitable for normal to slightly drier skin. It won't be hydrating enough for very dry skin and it definitely is not enough for my oily skin, especially in the summer months. I also feel like it leaves a slight residue on the skin.
