Over expectation !!
At first, I was a bit skeptical when I saw the product's consistency. I thought it would be grainier than it was. The product also smells a bit special, like chicken feed, which isn't so strange considering the ingredients. The smell isn't strong and not as weird as it might sound. I'd rather have that than a strong perfume. The mask does a fantastic job of moisturizing and plumping the skin. I am usually very dry, especially after washing my face (and now that the air is starting to get dry and cold). When I rinse off this mask, I am not the least bit dry and tight (which often happens when I've used moisturizing gel masks). Love Beauty of Joseon, but
I didn't really feel like this did much... My skin felt pretty much the same as before I put it on. I am very satisfied now that I have tested it. It has a pleasant and mild scent, so it doesn't feel too strong or perfumed. I have used it a couple of times and I am actually very satisfied, I think it gives a lot of moisture to the skin. The synergy of upcycled makgeolli lees (byproduct of traditional Korean rice wine), honey (5%), kaolin clay, and rice hull powder ensure thorough skin care in one step. Use:
