    No package!! 600 kr in the trash!

    Didn’t get my package and I’m not getting a redelivery or my money back! (also had to wait over a week for help and now they say I should report it to the police) There’s no photo evidence that a delivery has taken place, the only thing that can be said is that the courier was at the address, but that doesn’t say anything! I’ve been a loyal customer at Lyko for many, many years but now I’m switching to something else! Absolutely unacceptable! Don’t shop here!
