    Removes makeup

I really like this! I don't have problem skin otherwise, but it removes makeup and impurities! I also like that it's a bit oily for my dry skin.

    Not for me

I used this all summer and unfortunately broke out with acne and deep, painful pimples. I have never had issues with acne before, nor with sores and dry skin. I am still struggling with this, even after I stopped 2 months ago. I have also gotten many scars. This was simply not for me.

Hi, Yes, I used the two steps in the same series, both oil cleanser and water-based cleanser. In addition to the moisturizer afterwards. I started with the oil cleanser a little earlier to see if I could tolerate it, and had a week with this before I supplemented.

    For the evening routine

It cleans well and you feel hydrated. But it also leaves a "slippery" film on the skin that never really goes away. I’m only thinking of using it for the evening routine.

    Replacement for another cleanser?

This has left me with very oily skin and a lot of pimples and bumps on my forehead. Tips for a new cleanser?

Hi Anne! Have you used a water-based cleanser after this? To completely remove any leftover oil, you follow up with a water-based cleanser. Together, these two steps ensure that the skin is completely clean and that residues from the oil cleanser do not trigger blockages in the skin. Wishing you a nice day👋🏼

    Removes makeup!

I got this facial cleanser a few weeks ago but haven't used it because I wanted to finish my other cleanser first so I could give this one a real and honest chance. The cleanser comes in a pump bottle which I appreciate. I don't like so many jar packaging. If I could choose, all facial products would come in pump bottles 😅 the product is supposed to be fragrance-free, but you can still sense a natural scent from the oil that somehow reminds me of cardboard. However, it doesn't bother me and the scent disappears very quickly. The product itself is quite watery and oily. For me, two to three pumps are usually enough to cleanse my face. The product is somewhat reminiscent of Banila Co as it uses the same method. You apply the product to a dry face, then massage it in before adding a little water gradually. Works perfectly for waterproof mascara too. Everything disappears. Which I like. At first, I felt that the product left my face tight, but the more I used it, the more that tight feeling went away. What can help those of you who feel dry or tight afterward is to use moisturizing products. A tip if you try this cleanser. I could see myself buying this little gem in the future, very satisfied. #lykoreview

    Love

The makeup melts off the face with this!! I usually cleanse twice in a row. 1: the makeup disappears so easily. 2: you get rid of so much dead skin, pores, and other dirt. Love it!

    Destroyed Skin Barrier

I have rosacea and sensitive skin. I wanted to try this because others with similar skin had given good reviews. I first tried a little on my forehead without reaction, then tried it on the rest of my face a few days later. One single cleanse destroyed my entire skin barrier and severely worsened my rosacea. Burning, tingling, and increased redness and sensitivity. I have never reacted like this to any product before, and unfortunately, the reaction has stuck. Two months have passed, and no improvement. I recommend everyone with sensitive skin to be careful with this product.

Hi 💙 Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, and we're so sorry to hear that your skin has reacted this way – we completely understand that this has been a very uncomfortable experience for you. Beplain Mung Bean Cleansing Oil is a gentle oil cleanser that works well for many, but with skin conditions like rosacea and very sensitive skin, certain ingredients (including plant extracts and oils) can still trigger reactions. Products with active plant extracts are therefore often recommended to be used with caution in rosacea, as the skin barrier can be particularly vulnerable. We always recommend doing a small patch test first, but as you've experienced, the skin can react unexpectedly even when the test seems to go well. For individuals with rosacea, it is generally safer to choose very gentle and soothing cleansing products without plant extracts, fragrance, or potentially irritating ingredients. We hope your skin recovers quickly, and of course, we want to help you find a better alternative that is more suitable for sensitive and rosacea-prone skin💙 Please let us know if you would like any recommendations from us.

    Good oil cleanser

This cleanser is incredibly good, but it’s important to cleanse for a long time to remove makeup, etc. I prefer this over solid oil cleansers, but I notice that my skin actually responds little to it, so I won’t be buying it again.

    Stole my heart

I obviously found this makeup remover oil in the Lovables box. Testing cosmetics from boxes never ends 😊😉. First and foremost, I took care of the makeup removal. Before, my number one was Take The Day Off from Clinique. Mung Bean replaces it wonderfully. It removes makeup very well, even waterproof. It doesn't leave a haze on the eyes, which is important to me because I place a high value on comfort in skincare. It doesn't irritate my delicate skin. It has a pleasant consistency. It's not a heavy oil but rather a velvety liquid. I always use double cleansing, so after using the oil, I use foam or gel. This oil washes off easily in this form. Only advantages, I see no disadvantages. I recommend ❤️ #lykoreview #lykomidsommar
