Not so great
It feels like you get more of a sticky effect than a rough effect, which makes the hair feel a bit greasy, so I don't like it. Would absolutely not buy again. Björn Axén Salt Water Spray is truly one of those styling products that I find super fun to use when I want to add a bit more texture and life to my hair. 🌊 I love when the hair doesn’t have to be perfectly styled, but instead gets a bit more movement and that relaxed feeling you often get after a day at the beach. What I like most is that the spray gives the hair more grip and texture. I find my hair can get quite soft and sometimes a bit hard to hold a shape, so a salt water spray is perfect when I want the hair to have a bit more structure. I can spray a little in the lengths and then scrunch the hair with my hands to bring out more of my natural waves. ✨ I especially like it when I want to create a more relaxed look. Instead of trying to get every hair strand exactly in the right place, I can just let the hair have a bit more movement and then shape it with my hands. The result is much more effortless, and I really like that feeling. It also works well when I want to build a bit more volume. I think the texture makes the hair have more body and feel less flat, especially if I focus a bit at the roots and then work through the lengths. It’s perfect when I want a hairstyle that feels a bit fuller without having to use a bunch of other styling products. 🌸 I also like being able to adjust how much product I use. A few sprays are enough when I just want a little extra texture, while I can use more when I want a more defined beachy look. I think it’s nice to have styling products that don’t lock me into one single result but can be used in different ways depending on the hairstyle I’m going for. Another favorite of mine is using it together with other products. I can combine it with a light hair mousse or volume product and then shape the hair with my hands. The Savior in Distress!
When Lanza has now removed my old saltwater favorite and replaced it with some incomprehensibly bad mess, this one became a savior for my spiderweb-thin, silky, and flyaway hair after much searching! It's easy to use, provides hold and structure, and brings out some natural waves. The scent is not overpowering either. You can use it on wet hair, let it air dry, and then tousle or brush it out just the right amount. The hair feels a bit rougher but doesn't get heavy or feel greasy or dirty. I have very fine hair, and it can get very heavy quickly and lie flat, totally frizzy. But after I shower, I spray this in and blow it out with a hairdryer and round brush, and it gets such nice hold, volume, fullness, I also feel that my hair doesn't get greasy as fast! Then I had a bit of bad luck with my bottle, it leaks quite a bit from the cap, tried to screw it on, but unfortunately it doesn't help.. But otherwise the best spray, will be bought again!1724 views
