What: This gives you that elusive, fixed-but-not-fixed vibe with a touch of texture, hold, and a tousled, matte finish.
Who: All hair types: All you need is the right attitude and application.
When: Anytime (as long as your hair is damp).
How: Work through damp hair (a must). Start with a small amount and build up. Let it sit for a minute, then tousle and work it in with your hands. Apply from the roots for extra lift. Blow-dry with a diffuser for more volume all over.
