I bought this at Christmas, after a few days of use I laid it down on the sink and it broke, got a new one and now the EXACT same thing happened again, it just falls over by laying it down on the sink, the first time I burned myself. Broken product and burnt hair
TERRIBLE PRODUCT The brush got stuck very easily in the hair. Already on the fourth thin strand I curled, the hair got stuck so badly that it burnt off. Shortly after, the tool broke as shown in the picture. I have extensive experience with similar heated brushes and have used round brushes regularly several times a week since 2020, so the problem was definitely not with the technique or habit. Stopped working
When I received the package, it worked really well, but when I tried to use it for the second time, it had stopped working. The hair gets stuck
The middle bristles move, which means that when you twist the brush towards the scalp, the hair risks getting stuck. It has happened several times that my hair has gotten stuck and I had to get help from my partner to get it loose again. One time we had to resort to scissors. It's a shame that it's so unwieldy because I really like that there are three different brush heads you can switch between plus that the curls turn out nice.
