    Jeg hadde virkelig sett frem til dette, men det føltes nesten for godt til å være sant. Selv med forventningene mine høye, endte jeg opp uten å kunne kjøpe produktet på grunn av at nettsiden krasjet. Det er virkelig frustrerende at de ikke tok høyde for den massive interessen og trafikken de visste ville komme, spesielt når de hadde en nedtelling. Det er som om de inviterte oss inn, bare for å la oss stå utenfor.

    Kjipt å få produktet i handlekurven, betale og få ordrebekreftelse før man timer seinere får en mail om at «sorry, du får ikke dette likevel», for så og bli ignorert av kundeservice. Skjerp dere. Planlegg bedre neste gang, ha en grense på maks 1 per kunde, og respekter kundene deres nok til å gjøre opp for dere.

    Jag satt väldigt länge och lyckades tillslut beställa. Jag fick även orderbekräftelse. Jag väntade på paketet o sen ser att ordern är avbruten men har inte ens fått mejl? Flera fick iallafall 25% eller nått. Väldigt dåligt!

    Cancelled order

    I’ve waited from 9 o’clock for this, even when server had shut down and had maintance problems. I paid and ordered this box few seconds after the server got back. Everything was alright I’m sure that i was one of first people that have ordered it. But anyway my order was cancelled and all i got is -20% code hahaha, that’s joke literally!

    Skuffende opplegg

    Her har jeg vært så spent og satt alarm og all slags slik som sikkert flere andre. Appen var helt nede i typ en halvtime som er forståelig, men når kjøpet gikk gjennom så var jeg estatisk! Fordi bare få minutter senere sto produktet som utsolgt. Jeg har vært så fornøyd med kjøpet og gledet meg til å få pakken, men så kom mailen først nå. 7 timer etter kjøpet. Ordren min ble trukket tilbake grunnet at det ble solgt flere enn det som var på lager. Det er forståelig at nettsiden kræsja samtidig som at det var forutsigbart. Dumt at lagerbeholdningen var såpass liten når etterspørselen var så stor som den var og dumt at det ikke ble annonsert hvor mange som var til salgs. Alt i alt så gjorde denne situasjonen dagen min sur:/.

      Hello 🤍 I understand that everyone noticed the site went down during the launch of the highly anticipated Lyko Lovables K-Beauty Gems. So typical! (Not only your worst nightmare but also OUR worst nightmare) It sold out faster than fast, and on top of that, we managed to oversell after it went out of stock due to the technical issues that arose. I fully understand the disappointment; many of us missed out (🙋‍♀️). Lovables are only made in a limited edition, that's a fact – with that said, there won't be more of this box popping up. But hey, we've had magical boxes before, and we will have magical boxes in the future 🤍 PS. Even though I'm doing a copy/paste of this message for all of you (I don't really have any other answer to give), you should know that I've read all the comments 💕 DS
