- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHi Viktoria, thank you for taking the time to review! ❤ This seems to be a bit of a divisive topic, I see that my colleague has shared a really good answer down below, so I’m attaching it here as well 🥰 When it comes to extracting clogged pores and pimples, it’s very important to prepare the skin well before you start 🤗 Wash your face thoroughly with a gentle cleanser and rinse well with lukewarm water before you carefully press down on the skin around the clogged pores. You can also do this after you’ve showered, as the warm steam softens the skin and opens the pores 💧 Red and swollen pimples should never be pressed or drained, even if they have a white tip. This is because the area is inflamed and irritated, and it will only make things worse for your skin. Wait until the redness has subsided to avoid scarring and pigmentation after extraction.1 likes
- The post was made 1 yearsRating: 4 out of 5verified customergood but rustsThis product's smaller hook is really good, the larger one doesn't work for me, but I guess it's because I don't squeeze pimples with it. Then when you wash it clean and lay it on the edge of the sink, it rusts overnight. The hooks, however, have not rusted.2581 views

- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHi Håkon 👋 When extracting clogged pores and pimples, it is very important to prepare the skin well before you start 🤗 Wash your face well with a gentle cleanser, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water before you gently push down on the skin around the clogged pores. You can also do this after you have showered, as the warm steam softens the skin and opens the pores 💧 Red and swollen pimples should never be squeezed or emptied, even if they have a white tip. This is because the area is inflamed and irritated, and it will only make things worse for your skin. Wait until the redness has subsided to avoid scarring and pigmentation after extraction. Wishing you a wonderful day!2 likes
