25 mm32 mmHey, what kind of funny looking curling iron is this? Lyko is probably the first in Sweden to launch the so-called L-shaped curling iron! It is also called a Curl Bar. You probably wonder: "But how the heck do I use it?", and I'll tell you! This is a development of the so-called Wand, but the idea behind the L-shape is that you get a better grip, and a more ergonomic posture. Instead of pulling your arms around your head, you can just hold it straight up (the L-shape up), twist the section of hair around, and hold.
You get nice beach waves in your hair with the least amount of effort. Because you hold your hand on the wider part, you don't have to be afraid of burning yourself. When the technique is in place, this exciting curling iron is A LOT easier to use than traditional curling irons. You never have to pull your arms above your shoulders, you have control, it is simple and you won’t burn your fingers. Perfect! The 25 mm size gives you nice beach waves!
In addition to this, the barrel is ceramic and tourmaline coated, which means that your hair is shaped faster, the heat is distributed more evenly and the finished result lasts longer. The curling iron also has extra fast PTC heating, which means that the entire cylinder heats up evenly and simultaneously, and you can adjust the temperature between 120-230 °C! Remember to use heat protection at high temperatures and also remember that a higher temperature won’t necessarily give you a better result. The iron is light and easy to use, with an INCREDIBLY long rotatable cord. Hurray!!
