    Good product with bad packaging

As a sunscreen fanatic, I am extra happy to have tested several of La Roche-Posay's sunscreens! I liked what I tested before and was not disappointed this time either, except for the cap on the packaging. I appreciate that they now use less plastic for the packaging, but someone should have thought better when they designed the cap. First, let's talk about the advantages I've discovered with the product: + easy to apply to the skin and leaves no sticky residue or white cast + does not irritate my sensitive skin + high protection! + feels economical But then there are a couple of disadvantages that detract from the experience: - THE CAP drives me crazy. It's small, and yet a lot of mess manages to collect under it. - Also, the cap easily comes off, so I wouldn't dare pack the tube in my bag without a proper pouch around it. The content of the product is good, and if it weren't for the damned cap, it could have become a staple here at home. The packaging gets ⭐️ and the content ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I, who have tested, am 37 years old and have dry skin, which like many others can become a bit oilier during the summer. I also have psoriasis and an allergy to some preservatives, so I am quite sensitive. I use medication that makes me extra sensitive to the sun and burn easily right now. #lykoinflutester #larocheposay

    Awesome product!

As a sunscreen fanatic, I am extra happy to have tested several of La Roche-Posay's sunscreens! I liked what I tested before and was not disappointed this time either. + becomes invisible on the skin + does not irritate my sensitive skin, nor does it cause any breakouts + convenient packaging that is easy to take in my bag + high protection! + works well under makeup and is totally fine to reapply + do not experience any crumbling/rolling of the product + does not sting my eyes -the consistency is so runny/light that it is hard to measure out “three fingers” i.e. the right amount for face and décolleté. But considering that this is the only flaw I can think of, I can live with it! I can absolutely see myself buying this again, but I will most likely focus on Anthelios Uvmune 400 Anti-dark Spots instead since I have some pigmentation after pregnancy that I want to work on. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good sunscreen and doesn’t want to think too much about hyperpigmentation. I, as the tester, am 37 years old and have dry skin, which like many others can get a bit oilier during the summer. I also have psoriasis (though not on my face) and an allergy to some preservatives, so I am quite sensitive. I also have sensitive eyes, especially when it comes to sunscreen 😅 #lykoinflutester #larocheposay

High UV protection and highest rating!

As a sunscreen fanatic, I am extra happy to have tested several of La Roche-Posay's sunscreens! I liked what I tested before and was not disappointed this time either. + becomes invisible on the skin + does not irritate my sensitive skin, nor does it cause breakouts + convenient packaging that is easy to take in my bag + high protection! + works well under makeup and is totally fine to reapply over + do not experience any crumbling/rolling of the product + does not sting the eyes + is supposed to provide extra protection against hyperpigmentation -the consistency is so runny that it is difficult to measure out “three fingers” i.e. the right amount for face and décolleté. This also makes it a bit tricky to apply until you get the technique down. But considering that this is the only flaw I can think of, I can live with it! I have already bought a new one, as this product will replace my “regular” Korean sunscreen during the sunniest days this summer! I, as the tester, am 37 years old and have dry skin, which like many others can become a bit oilier during the summer. I also have psoriasis (though not on my face) and an allergy to some preservatives, so I am quite sensitive. Quick Heating and Beautiful Curls

Heats up super fast, and has a practical display that shows the temperature. I have pretty short hair and use it to make some curls for volume. I bought the curling iron when I had longer hair, then it was easy to use! With short hair, I haven't quite mastered the technique yet, so I've burned my fingers a couple of times, because my hair is so short that it's hard to wrap it around properly. I think I should get a heat protection glove, because otherwise I really like the iron and the curls hold really well! The picture was taken the day after I curled and styled my short hair. As mentioned, there won't be huge curls since it's so short, but it gives nice volume!

I agree! This is one of the better tools I've had. And previously, I've had ones in significantly higher price ranges.

    Smoother and shinier hair

My hair: - medium length, medium thick strands - Dry and tends to get frizzy 🙃 - Wavy/curly, which with the right amount of work can become curly - Classically naturally colored at the base and gets bleached highlights/balayage 4-5 times a year I have previously tried several similar products, and I think this one is on par with them. After the first use, my hair already feels a bit shinier, and also smoother. My styling lasts longer than normal, and my hair becomes less frizzy. The price is good, and the bottle has smart markings that help with dosing. What brings down the rating is that the scent is very strong, and I feel like it lingers for a long time. #lykoreview

    Best Sharpener!

I bought this sharpener without any major expectations since it was so cheap. I was pleasantly surprised - it’s so good! It sharpens all my pencils sharply and without damaging either the tip or the wood of the pencil. Extra points for the low price and for collecting the shavings! #lykoreview

    Best in the series!

I have tested the entire series and used it according to the instructions. Therefore, it’s hard to determine exactly which product does what, but it’s a good combination! My hair: - medium length, medium thick strands - Dry and tends to get frizzy 😃 - Classically natural colored at the roots and gets bleached highlights/balayage 4-5 times a year For the past few months, I have also used a bit of pink toner and color mask. This is my favorite step, and favorite product in the series! The leave-in cream contains heat protection and fights frizz, and when I only blow-dry my hair without any additional heat styling, I let it be my only styling product. I find the product to be economical, easy to get out of the tube, and easy to use. My hair feels cared for and shiny whether I blow-dry, style, or air-dry. Thanks for the full score! #redken #lykoinflutester

Hard to get out, but worth the fight!

I have tested the entire series and used it according to the instructions. That's why it's hard to determine exactly which product does what, but it's a good combination! My hair: - medium length, medium thick hair strands - Dry and tends to get frizzy 😃 - Classically natural colored at the base and gets bleached highlights/balayage 4-5 times a year For the past few months, I have also used some pink toning and color mask. The instructions don't mention avoiding application on the scalp, so I have tried both that and just applying it to the lengths. I do not recommend using it on the scalp, as it became so greasy. However, I still think the series makes the hair greasy quite quickly. The conditioner is quite thick in consistency, making it a bit hard to get out of the bottle, but it's easy to solve by letting it stand upside down for a while while the previous steps in the series are performed. I feel that the conditioner really seals the hair strands, as it is only after this step that my hair has stopped bleeding out its pink color! It also makes the hair soft, so it feels smoother and stronger. So far my favorite in the series! #redken #lykoinflutester

Strengthens, but doesn't protect my color

I have tested the entire series and used it according to the instructions. Therefore, it's hard to determine exactly which product does what, but it's a good combination! My hair: - medium length, medium thick strands - Dry and tends to get frizzy 😃 - Classically natural colored at the roots and gets bleached highlights/balayage 4-5 times a year For the past few months, I have also used some pink toning and color mask. The shampoo is applied after the pre-treatment. It's unclear in the instructions whether you “should”/can double shampoo, which I prefer otherwise. I feel that the shampoo pulls out my toning, even though it should protect the hair color. Additionally, my hair feels greasy faster than usual, but it feels softer and slightly less damaged after a few uses. The packaging is functional without being eye-catching, and the consistency is just the right amount of fluid for easy application. Plus points for the hair feeling stronger and softer, but minus points for how quickly it feels greasy again, and as mentioned, for the color fading faster. #redken #lykoinflutester

Cares but pulls my color out

I have tested the entire series and used it according to the instructions. It’s therefore hard to determine exactly which product does what, but it’s a good combination! My hair: - medium length, medium thick hair strands - Dry and tends to get frizzy 😥 - Classically naturally colored at the roots and gets bleached highlights/balayage 4-5 times a year For the past few months, I have also used some pink toning and color mask. This product is a bit tricky, as it needs to be applied to towel-dried hair and then left on for 5-10 minutes. If you (like me) are already someone who hesitates a bit with the project of washing hair, it’s not very appealing… According to the manufacturer, the pre-treatment is supposed to protect the hair color, but I feel like my toning washes out faster than usual. Additionally, my hair feels greasy a bit faster than with my regular washing routine. On the other hand, my hair feels more manageable, and even though at the beginning of the test I regretted not trimming the ends before I started, it’s good that I didn’t because it really provided a basis for hair testing! I still need to trim the ends, but they don’t feel as damaged as before. So, what’s the verdict? In combination with the other products in the series, my hair feels less damaged, but this product is a bit tricky and will probably be the first step I cut out. Additionally, I feel like my toning fades faster when I use it, which brings the rating down to a 3. #redken #lykoinflutester
