More of a moisturizing lipstick than a tinted lip balm. The product has a nice texture, is quite pigmented, and is made in Italy, but has a somewhat strong scent. 030 is a pink-purple color; I think the color leans more towards neutral to slightly cool rather than warm.1 product in post Good999 views
