    A base that extends in several ways

    I have used this base with both Tarte mascaras and Catrice's yellow mascara, it gives visibly longer lashes, and in Catrice's case, the primer keeps the mascara from smudging (which it does after a couple of hours normally). The only thing I would wish for is a bit more length and fullness, then it would have been a 5. Really good, in my opinion!

    Doesn't do what it's supposed to

    Nja, I don't think this does what it claims to. It also crumbles a bit and ends up under the eyes throughout the day.
