Does this work under makeup?
I use a toner that is moisturizing as the first step in my routine. Is this one moisturizing? Right now, I’m using two toners from Hickap: one before I put on makeup (Mermaid mantle deep hydrating toner) and another one in the evening (clear canvas clarifying toner), but I’m looking for a toner I can use for both occasions to save money. Would you recommend this one, or do you have another toner you can recommend that is moisturizing and purifies the skin?
