    More bottles that don't work

    I love this Brus, but unfortunately the pump doesn't work. I have 2 half-empty bottles :( I've tried everything to make it work… Do you have any tips?

      Hey Betsaida 👋 So strange that the pump is acting up! Here are some quick tips that I hope can help 🤗 You can try holding a finger over the nozzle and pumping a few times to create a vacuum. If it still doesn't work, you can unscrew the pump and rinse it in warm water. Hope this gets your BUS to cooperate again! 🤞🥰 If the product still can't be used, we would like you to file a complaint so we can take a closer look at what happened!
