I took a couple of pumps, but the curls didn't hold. Took more pumps, and the curls held for a little while but my hair looked very greasy. No matter how much product I used, my hair looked frizzy and damaged, as if it highlighted it, since I have quite little wear and frizz otherwise. I have finger-coiled my hair, let my own curls form, let it air dry, and used a diffuser, but got the same result no matter what I did. It might work for some, but for me with thick wavy-curly hair, it didn't.

Hey! 👋😍
Thanks for sharing your experience! For thick, wavy, curly hair, it can be good to start with a moisturizing leave-in before applying mousse or cream. It helps to reduce frizz, and you can use less product ✨
If you want more sustainable curls, a cream like Kevin Murphy Killer Curls might be a better option for you. Hope this helps you get those defined curls! 🌼
