When I say it takes a lot to impress me, well, this one definitely did! I’ve previously used Clarins lip shimmer oil which unfortunately is no longer available, couldn’t find anything similar that I liked, and thought oh well, I’ll try Elf since the brand is so popular – TOTALLY WORTH IT First impression: The lip oil is more like a lip gloss in texture, moisturizes well and hardly needs reapplying except after eating and drinking, the glitter is a bit noticeable on the lips, gives a nice shimmer. More glossy than glittery.
