Wow, what a difference it has become. I’m actually surprised because my hair has always been damaged, shorter in some places, dry & boring. That it has changed this much makes me genuinely very happy but I don’t know exactly why. I think it might be a mix of #mikrofiberhandduk, better diet, healthier lifestyle, how I take care of my hair & products etc. Hair has always been important to me & unfortunately I’ve had low self-confidence since childhood because of how my hair looked. I’ve gone through many phases with it so to speak 😅 everything from straightening it, having it up in a ponytail ALL the time, braids I slept with at night & then it got a bit “frizzy” in the morning. Yes, it’s a long story 😆 I use, for example, a scrunchie instead of a regular hair tie & put my hair up “low” instead of a bun in the middle of my head. Little things make a difference ❤️ At least I’m starting to get more & more comfortable even going out without styling it with, for example, a flat iron.
