Color= Mulberry! I love products that sit somewhere between makeup and skincare. And this one gives the lips an incredibly beautiful rose-toned color that is visible but still transparent enough for the result to look natural. That makes it very easy to use for everyday wear, also without lip liner or other lip makeup. At the same time, it gives lots of shine and makes the lips look fuller and really juicy. ✨ The texture reminds me of a mix between lip oil and gloss. It has the nice high-gloss finish of a gloss but feels more nourishing and comfortable on the lips. I especially like that it doesn’t feel heavy or extremely sticky. 🌿 And the ingredients are a big plus: 100% of the ingredients are of natural origin, of which 37.9% are organic. The formula is also vegan. I find that especially positive in a product I use directly on my lips several times a day. I also like that this is a product I can use in several ways. Alone it gives a very simple and fresh result, but it’s also nice over a lip liner if I want a bit more definition. Mulberry has become a color I can just throw on without thinking too much about the rest of my makeup. A primer for those who want their skin to look fresh and glowing, without it looking like you’ve applied highlighter all over your face! The texture is light and pleasant, and this is actually one of those primers that feels more like skincare than an extra layer of makeup. It spreads easily over the skin and leaves a subtle glow rather than lots of visible shimmer. I think the skin looks a bit more even, fresher, and simply more “awake” after application. What I like best, however, is how makeup sits on top of it. Foundation gets a more lively and natural finish, without my skin looking very shiny or oily. 🌿 The formula also has several interesting ingredients. A whole 97.5% of the ingredients are of natural origin, of which 7% are organic. It contains, among other things, organic Kendi and argan oil, chosen for their nourishing, soothing, and protective properties. The primer is also vegan. I also like that it doesn’t necessarily have to be used under foundation. On days when I don’t want full makeup, I can easily use it alone to get a little extra glow and a fresher look to the skin. This is not the primer I would choose if the main goal was to mattify the skin or “blur” pores as much as possible. Natural volume with nourishing ingredients 🖤🌿
This is a mascara that works really well for everyday use if you like defined lashes with volume but still want a fairly natural result! The brush makes it easy to get close to the lash root and separate the lashes. I especially like that the formula is buildable; one coat gives a light and defined result, while I can add more layers when I want more volume and intensity. It also doesn’t get heavy or clumpy when I build it up. For me, it holds up nicely throughout the day, and I haven’t had any particular issues with it flaking or smudging black under my eyes. The lashes also still feel relatively soft after the mascara has dried, rather than the hard and almost brittle feeling some mascaras can give. I think the nourishing oils in the formula contribute to this, and I really like that! I was actually a bit curious if the softer formula would make the mascara more likely to smudge under the eyes, but I haven’t experienced that. 🌿 The ingredients are definitely worth highlighting: 99% of the ingredients are of natural origin, and 66% are organic. The formula includes cocoa butter and castor oil, ingredients known for their nourishing properties. Additionally, the mascara is vegan. For me, this is primarily a really nice everyday mascara. It doesn’t give the most extreme “false lash” effect but provides pretty, separated, and defined lashes with volume that can easily be built up.
