Good setting spray with really good staying power!
I have tested Maybelline Grippy Setting Mist several times and am positively surprised. The makeup stays nice all day and gets a nice, light glowy finish. The skin doesn’t feel dry or sticky after application. It’s also economical, you don’t need many sprays. The handy size makes it easy to carry in your bag, and the packaging is also sleek. The only negative is the spray, which feels somewhat harsh and more like a shower than a fine mist. Despite that, it’s very affordable and I could buy it again. I have used Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment for two weeks, and my overall impression is positive, even though I haven't seen any dramatic results yet. The product has a creamy and quite thick consistency that feels nourishing and moisturizing upon application. At the same time, it's important not to use too much; in my fairly thick, Scandinavian, colored, and damaged hair, it can otherwise feel heavy. A small amount is enough to get an effect. I find that my hair looks shinier after use. It also works well as heat protection when blow-drying, which is a big plus in my routine. The scent is somewhat stronger and a bit sharper than the other products in the series, but it doesn't bother me at all. The packaging is also very nice and feels both sleek and practical to use. I have used Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner for two weeks, and my overall impression is positive, even though it is a relatively short test period. The conditioner has a soft and creamy texture that is easy to apply and distribute in the hair. Already in the shower, I notice that the hair feels smoother and especially very easy to detangle, which is a big plus. After rinsing out the conditioner, the hair feels soft and looks shiny, giving a fresher and more well-groomed impression. Despite these positive qualities, I have not noticed any significant difference in hair quality after two weeks of use.
