So nice but patchy..
I adore hickaps products and they usually are 10/10. That's why it really hurts to write this review.. First of all, this self-tanner was EXTREMELY easy to get even, I sprayed three sprays and woke up with a really nice color the next morning. It also smelled INSANELY good, a bit fruity and not the usual self-tanner smell. The first two days it was SO nice and I was so happy and spoke well of it. But on day three it became terribly patchy, even my partner noticed (he NEVER notices such things otherwise)! It also couldn't be scrubbed off so I just have to walk around like this now haha. You can cover it with makeup! Pros: + Smells good + Easy to get even + Nice color at the start! Cons: - PATCHY after day 2!!! In summary, I won't buy this again because of the patchiness. Not quite my favorite
I got to try this product from Erborian thanks to #lykoinflutester āØ I have also tried the other products in the same series, so I was very curious about this serum. I have dry skin and usually love products that provide a lot of moisture and glow, so a serum focused on hydration sounded like something right up my alley! The first thing I noticed was the light gel consistency. The serum feels very fresh on the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy feeling. Despite the light formula, I feel that the skin feels hydrated immediately after application and gets a nice, natural glow. The skin looks more awake and feels softer, especially when the serum is used together with a moisturizing cream on top. I also think the product is economical. One pump goes a long way, and the bottle feels both stylish and practical. However, I think the price is quite high for the amount of product you get, which lowers the rating a bit. Pros: + Gives a nice and natural glow āØ + Light and pleasant consistency + Absorbs quickly + Economical product Cons: - High price - Needs to be complemented with a face cream for best results - The effect feels less moisturizing and more glow-giving In summary, this is a good serum that suits someone who wants extra moisture and glow. Very good mattifying effect
I got to try this product from Erborian thanks to #lykoinflutester āØ I was very curious about this because I had previously tried the Glow Moisturizer from the same line. However, I have quite dry skin and almost always tend to go for products that give a lot of glow, so a mattifying day cream is actually a bit outside my comfort zone. The first thing I noticed was the texture. The cream is light, almost gel-like, and feels very pleasant on the skin. It absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy or heavy feeling behind. What impressed me the most was actually the matte effect. I have tried many products that claim to mattify the skin without succeeding very well, but here I actually noticed a difference immediately. The skin looked smoother and stayed significantly less shiny throughout the day. However, I feel that the product is not quite suited for my skin type. Since I have dry skin, I felt that the hydration was not enough. The skin did not feel uncomfortable, but I missed that hydrated and plumped feeling that I personally like. Advantages: + Very good mattifying effect + Light and pleasant texture + Absorbs quickly into the skin + Evens out the skin's appearance nicely Disadvantages: - Not moisturizing enough for my dry skin - Lacks the glowing finish I personally prefer - Probably better suited for normal to oily skin? In summary, I think this is a good product that does what it promises. If you have oily or combination skin and want to reduce shine during the day, I definitely think this is worth trying. For me, who loves glow and has dry skin, the Glow Moisturizer wins between the two. Glow but not much more
I got to try this product from Erborian thanks to #lykoinflutester āØ I was very curious about this as Iāve heard a lot about Erborianās products and especially their focus on glow and āglass skin.ā I have dry skin and love products that give radiance, so my expectations were quite high! The first thing I noticed was the light texture. The cream feels thin and smooth to apply, while absorbing quickly into the skin. What I like most about the product is really the glow! āØ The skin looks immediately fresher, more even, and more alive after application. Itās a product that makes you look a bit more awake even on days when you donāt really feel so awake.. However, I didnāt find it moisturizing enough for my dry skin. The glow is definitely there, but after a few hours I could still feel a bit dry, especially on the drier areas of my face. For those with normal or combination skin, I think it could work really well. Pros: + Gives a very nice and natural glow āØ + Light and pleasant texture + Absorbs quickly into the skin + Works well under makeup Cons: - Not moisturizing enough for my dry skin - Relatively high price - Gives more glow than actual moisture in my experience In summary, I think this is a nice product that really delivers when it comes to radiance and the āglass skinā feeling. If youāre mainly after glow, I think youāll appreciate it, but if you have very dry skin you might need to complement it with a more moisturizing cream. Poor longevity
I got to try this product from Fenty Beauty thanks to #lykoinflutester. I was really excited to get this product because Iāve heard sooooo many good things about Fenty, though it might be the cosmetics and maybe not the perfume flaws Iāve heard a lot about. The first thing that struck me was that it looks like such a cheap packaging, I wouldnāt be surprised if someone said it was from like GekĆ„s. But I donāt want to be negative, the content is what matters! About the content then. A very floral scent, just like the notes explain in the description. Itās sweet and cute, not heavy at all! I personally love the scent. But then the scent lasted about 20 minutes after a few sprays. A body mist maybe shouldnāt have the worldās longest longevity, but that it disappears completely feels strange? Pros: + Very nice scent! + Love the spray, really a mist feeling Cons: - Quite weak scent - Disappears quickly - Cheap packaging In summary, I wonāt buy this again. If it had cost 50 SEK, absolutely! But since it doesnāt last more than 10 minutes and you donāt want to reapply all the time, I unfortunately have to say no for the price. EDIT: Also bought Burnt Sienna now because I am IN LOVE with these. Donāt be afraid of how dark the packaging is, this is a really beautiful natural color! The review picture shows Burnt Sienna right after application, after 6 hours, and then after 12 hours ;) The craziest lip stain Iāve ever used in my life! Iām addicted to lip stains because I hate reapplying my lip products during the day, so it feels like Iāve tried everything. This is the first product Iāve tried that actually lasts the WHOLE (!!!) day! Besides that, the lips donāt get dry at all like I experience with other lip stains. This is magic in a bottle and I will buy every single color again and again. I used the color petal pinch, which I find to be a pretty natural, pink, neutral color. Pros: + Durability, pigment all day + Lips are moisturized at first, then return to normal state (absolutely not dry!) The only thing you need!
I was blown away when I saw that this product has FINALLY arrived in Sweden. Iāve previously bought 4 packages from Korea and seriously considered going back to Korea just to buy this "treatment". If I had to recommend one product for the rest of my life, it would be this one. I have NEVER experienced anything as good as this. It almost hurts to write a good review in case it sells out, but then Iāll just have to go back to Korea! Advantages: - leaves hair insanely soft and smooth - gives such shine and luster to the hair - only needs to be in the hair for 1-3 minutes for maximum effect!!! - extremely economical! I use at most a dab the size of a hazelnut and thatās almost too much - everything, a miracle in a bottle. The craziest ever There really is nothing negative about this.
