Lovely refreshment for tired skin
I received the product for testing from Lyko. I have used several similar under-eye masks/patches, so I feel I can compare and evaluate the product well. The packaging is easy to open, and the product's pink consistency was a lovely surprise 💕 There is a lot of serum in the jar, which made it a bit tricky to take the patches out, even though there is a small tool (spatula) included for that. In my experience, such serum-heavy masks do not stay well in place under the eyes, but these do! I tested the product from Lyko #lykoinflutester. I have been using this La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVmuneUltra Light SPF50+ sunscreen for many years, so I knew what to expect. This cream is one of my favorites ⭐️ You have to remember to shake the bottle well before use. The consistency is very runny, so it can easily get messy with this - that's why I take away one star. However, the cream absorbs quickly and leaves a lovely feel and glow on the skin. I like that the product doesn't feel sticky at all, nor does it leave a white cast. The cream also doesn't roll under makeup, which many high SPF sunscreens do for me. I tested the product from Lyko #lykoinflutester. I have been using La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVmuneUltra Light SPF50+ sunscreen for many years, but I haven't tried this version before. The original version is one of my favorite sunscreens for the face, so my expectations were high. To my delight, this Anti-Dark Spots cream was - if possible - even better! In terms of consistency, this one is very similar, perhaps a tad less runny, which I think is just a good thing. The cream absorbs quickly and leaves a lovely feel and glow on the skin, no stickiness or white cast at all. Easily spreadable, light, absorbs well
I received the product for testing from Lyko #lykoinflutester. La Roche-Posay's sunscreen for the face (Anthelios UVmuneUltra Light SPF50+ 50 ml) is an old friend of mine, but I hadn't tested this one for the body before. As someone who supports green values, this product already gets one star for significantly reducing plastic in the packaging production! The product was not (thankfully) as runny as its sister for the face. The cream was nicely creamy, making it easy to apply. I wouldn't say this absorbs particularly quickly, but sunscreen should generally be applied 20-30 minutes before sun exposure ⏳ The product does absorb well and stays on the skin afterwards, as promised (protection against sweat and water). This sunscreen immediately faced its test on Finland's first heatwave day, which I spent mostly in the sunshine. I didn't get burned! …BUT. I have had both watermelon and this peach, and both jars have started leaking after a couple of weeks of use 😭 The jar is really sticky, makes a mess in the box/table, and I can't even imagine throwing this in my bag.
