Not quite for me
I don't know if the product might not be meant for my hair type (textured and thick), but this one didn't really work for me. I use a lot of products on my edges as I often appreciate a good slick back. When I tested the product on that area, I felt that it did "dissolve" the old products to some extent, but what dissolved was very visible and then it became difficult to comb out. On dark hair, it was also quite noticeable, it mostly looked like I needed a very thorough wash after using the product. I can imagine that for hair types where it's easier to comb the hair, the product would have worked better. Works as it should!
I was a bit skeptical about the product since I have very textured hair, and when it’s natural, it has a lot of volume. However, when I blow-dry or straighten my hair, I don’t have nearly as much volume at the roots, and I’ve had a hard time finding a product that gives volume but also holds. I had to use a bit more than most might, but I also have very thick hair. It didn’t turn white afterward (which many might be afraid of). And it didn’t feel stiff in the hair, but more natural. New product that I haven’t used before, but very fun. Love for the hair!
I wrote a review about got2b glued 4 brows and edges and said that I didn’t like it specifically for the hair and edges because I think the hair gets tangled in the brush. BUT then it’s perfect that this product exists, because this one just glides on and makes the hair stay where you want it. No hair getting tangled in a brush. I have textured hair and don’t think it looks “greasy” after application, it just becomes a bit “shiny,” which I think looks nice because it gives the hair a bit more life. Perfect for the eyebrows
I have bought this over and over before, and there’s a reason for it – it does what it promises for the eyebrows. It’s so economical and so good – for a cheap price compared to other eyebrow products from “famous” brands. I don’t like it for hair and edges because I think hair strands can sometimes wrap around the brush and instead become more “frizzy.” But for eyebrows, it’s great, I also usually scrape off a lot of product before applying so it doesn’t get too much. That can have the opposite effect. Glue in a bottle!!
I've been using this hairspray for many, many years, both for parties, weddings, and other events where I want my hair to stay put. I spray it directly on the hair but also on the brush, and when you comb it through, every single flyaway stays down. But it really must be emphasized that it holds tight, and it holds hard. Great staple product
I thought this was a great "base" product if you're new to makeup, or don't feel like doing your eyebrows. It's also great if you want to throw something on quickly before heading out the door. The product gives a very full look to the eyebrows, while also making them look fluffier. The brush is small, so it's definitely not clunky for those with a shaky hand who are worried about applying it a bit haphazardly. What I want to point out is that despite the color name "soft brown," it can get too dark if you apply too many layers. So be light-handed when applying for a more natural and softer result. I don't experience a sticky or stiff feeling, but you can still feel the hair strands. I would have appreciated getting this as a gift, or if it had been available when I started with makeup. The Colossal Bubble Mascara I think this mascara does its job. It's not the best mascara they've produced, and it's far from the worst. The brush is big, but the small lashes are separated and sturdy, just like the brush/stick. So it's not flexible in the same way as, for example, telescopic. It still reaches all the lashes, even the innermost ones by the eye. I recommend one coat for a more natural result, but I personally went for two coats because I thought it gave a slightly more dramatic and visible effect. The mascara stays on, but it can happen that it gets a bit crumbly and clumpy if you apply too much.
