The application itself was straightforward, and the product had a nice consistency. My goal was to tone down a warm, reddish tint from a previous toning and achieve a cooler, blonde look. Unfortunately, the result did not meet my expectations. After rinsing and drying, I could hardly see any difference between the before and after pictures. The hair still has the same warm and golden undertone, so the effect was unfortunately too weak for my hair.
